### **position overview:**

we are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as **airline ground staff. in this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth ground operations, assisting passengers throughout their journey, and upholding the highest standards of safety and customer service at the airport.

### **key responsibilities:**

* **passenger assistance:** greet and assist passengers at various airport touchpoints, including check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival halls.

* **check-in services:** verify travel documents, check in luggage, issue boarding passes, and manage seat allocations.

* **baggage handling:** ensure proper tagging and safe transfer of passenger luggage, and handle lost or delayed baggage claims efficiently.

* **flight coordination:** communicate and coordinate with flight crews, ground handling teams, and airport authorities to ensure timely flight departures and arrivals.

* **special assistance:** provide support to passengers with reduced mobility, elderly travelers, unaccompanied minors, and families with young children.

* **customer service:** address passenger inquiries, resolve complaints, manage last-minute booking changes, and ensure overall passenger satisfaction.

* **safety compliance:** follow all aviation security protocols and safety regulations at all times.

### **qualifications:**

* prior experience in customer service, aviation, or ground handling is an advantage

* proficiency in english and local language(s)

* willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
