IMPORT RELATEDMaking vendor payment entries in SAPInternal reconciliation of vendor payments with bank entriesConfirming and sending payment advice to the vendor as neededReconciling the vendor and company ledgers to identify any discrepanciesPreparing debit notes for vendorsOthers:Issuing chequesAny other work assigned by Directors and HODQualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounts and finance, preferably in the Import Export sector.Skills:Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word).Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We need one or two Accounts and Admin Executives to handle workshop accounts, salaries, purchases, sales, invoicing, procurement, document filing, bank work and customer follow up

Pankaj Exports Private Limited is an Export House at Navi Mumbai.We are looking for an accounts executive.The Candidate must be a B.Com graduate with minimum of 5 years experience. He / She should have complete knowledge of Tally software, TDS & GST compliance and Auditing

Maintain Company books, ledgers and accounts as per government norms and guidelines.Ensure all company books are up to date and work completed as per timelinesEnsure tax filings (Income Tax, GST, TDS etc.) are done as per deadlines and regulationsPayroll processing, Salary Structuring, and other labor law compliances (PF/ESIC/PT)Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports (MIS, Ageing reports)Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

We are looking for a dynamic accounts assistant who is ready to learn on the go and apply her mind to provide a good book keeping to the company. Procurement and invoicing are required. Also document filing, GST processes will be required. Sales and Purchase maintenance.
