Requirement for Account Assistant. Preparing of Sale Bills(e-invoice), Purchase Bills Entry in Tally, E-mails to Party, Knowledge of Gst, Knowledge of Tds, Etc.

Maintain Company books, ledgers and accounts as per government norms and guidelines.Ensure all company books are up to date and work completed as per timelinesEnsure tax filings (Income Tax, GST, TDS etc.) are done as per deadlines and regulationsPayroll processing, Salary Structuring, and other labor law compliances (PF/ESIC/PT)Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports (MIS, Ageing reports)Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.

Required account assistant with knowledge of Tally system & basic account system. Work like creating Challans, quotations, Bills , eway bills etc. need to be done. Need only female candidate living in dighe , Airoli, Mahape nearby.
