We help manufacturing, trading, and service organizations streamline their operations through modern cloud-based ERP systems.As we expand our project delivery capabilities, we are looking for dedicated and skilled Dynamics 365 Functional Consultants to join our team in Ranchi.Role OverviewThe Functional Consultant will work on the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Finance & SCM) for manufacturing and trading industry clients. The role involves business process analysis, solution design, configuration, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.Key Responsibilities1. Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis- Conduct workshops with clients to understand business needs, especially in manufacturing, finance, supply chain, sales, and procurement.- Map client processes and identify gaps within ERP functionality.- Translate business requirements into functional specifications.2. Implementation & Solution Design- Lead full-cycle implementation of D365 Business Central or D365 F&O (Finance/SCM).- Configure modules based on manufacturing-centric business processes.- Prepare functional design documents (FDD), FRDs, BRDs, and process flows.- Work closely with the development team for customizations, enhancements, and integrations.3. Data, Testing & Deployment- Oversee master and transactional data migration activities.- Create test scenarios, conduct UAT, and ensure solution stability.- Provide end-user training and prepare training materials.- Drive go-live execution, cutover planning, and post-deployment support.4. Position OverviewAn Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting compliance with statutory regulations. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency with financial software, and excellent attention to detail to ensure smooth financial operations and timely reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & BookkeepingMaintain general ledgers, journals, and supporting documents.Prepare and post journal entries, invoices, and expense records.Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) functions.Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.Financial Reporting & CompliancePrepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow reports.Support statutory audits, internal audits, and compliance checks.Ensure adherence to accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, or local standards).Assist in preparation and filing of taxes (GST, VAT, TDS, etc., as per jurisdiction).Maintain proper documentation for compliance and recordkeeping.Analysis & BudgetingAssist in preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.Prepare MIS (Management Information System) reports for management review.Identify discrepancies in accounts and recommend corrective actions.Support cost control and expense management initiatives.Operational SupportCoordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding payments and settlements.Process payroll, employee reimbursements, and advances as required.Ensure proper documentation, filing systems, and digital recordkeeping.Support finance managers and senior accountants in ad-hoc tasks and projects.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of accounting principles and standardsProficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.)Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP)Accuracy, attention to detail, and strong analytical skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEthical conduct and confidentiality in financial data handlingQualificationsBachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field06 years of accounting or finance experience (depending on role level)Certification in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) preferredKnowledge of taxation laws and compliance standardsFresh graduates with internship experience may be considered for junior roles

Accounting for purchase & expenses invoice. Checking invoices against purchase orders Approving vendor payments. Taking care of legal compliance while making payments. Preparing sales invoices. Passing accounting entries daily Preparation of Various reports such as A/R, A/P, Estimates, etc. Preparation of Tax invoices in Domestic as well as foreign currency.
