Job Summary:We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Accountant cum Inside Sales Executive to handle basic accounting tasks and support the sales team in daily operations. The ideal candidate should have completed a Tally Prime course or have basic experience using Tally, along with strong communication and coordination skills.Key Responsibilities:Accounting Responsibilities:Record daily accounting transactions in Tally Prime.Assist in preparing sales invoices, purchase bills, and vouchers.Support bank reconciliation, petty cash, and journal entries.Maintain proper filing of accounting records and supporting documents.Assist in preparation of GST and TDS summaries under supervision.Sales & Coordination Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, or walk-ins.Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders.Coordinate with customers for order confirmation and payment follow-up.Maintain sales records, client lists, and follow-up schedules.Support the sales team in daily reporting and documentation.Required Skills & Qualifications:Education: B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance or Marketing preferred).Experience: Fresher to 1 Year of experience in accounting or inside sales.Software Skills:Basic knowledge or certification in Tally Prime (mandatory).Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.Knowledge of: Basic accounting principles, GST, and invoicing.Communication: Good verbal and written English and Hindi skills.Other Skills: Positive attitude, willingness to learn, attention to detail, and teamwork.Preferred Qualifications:Completed Tally Prime course or certification.Internship experience in accounting or sales (added advantage).Note: should be willing to work in Startup
