Should have the ability to develop and implement business strategies aligning with the organizations goals. Understanding of business operations, market trends and industry dynamics, ability to identify, assess and mitigate financial and operational risks, effective communication and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders, including board members, investors, etc. Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively. His duties will include handling the cash flows and financial planning as well as analyzing the company's financial health; Oversee the organization's financial activities, including being responsible for the finance and accounting professionals who perform operational functions.
