Lead ManagementHandle inbound and outbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.Follow up with prospective students and maintain strong communication.Maintain lead data and update CRM regularly.2. Student CounsellingProvide career and academic guidance to students based on their background, interests, and goals.Explain course details, university options, admission requirements, and visa processes.Help students choose the most suitable program or destination.3. End-to-End Sales ConversionConvert enquiries into successful enrollments.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Build trust with students and parents to facilitate decision making.4. Application & Documentation SupportGuide students through application procedures and document preparation.Coordinate with internal teams for admissions and processing.5. Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with students and parents.Provide timely updates and support throughout the admission process.6. Data Management & ReportingMaintain accurate records of leads, counselling sessions, and conversions.Generate reports on conversion rates and pipeline status.7. Marketing & OutreachParticipate in seminars, webinars, education fairs, and promotional events.Assist in generating new leads through marketing initiatives.

Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as regarding Country, Course, Universities, and programme selection, and career planning.Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation and preparing students for their studies overseas.Provide all the information sought precisely by the parent and/or student. Ensure parent/student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referralsStay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by College/universities and use the knowledge in helping studentsMaintain a proper database of students counselled in the CRMAssisting with activities to promote Universities represented by the CompanyShould have excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills and should be confident enough in speaking with students, parentsResponsible for timely reporting to the Manager

1. Make the Preference Form filled by the candidate.2. Update candidates regarding Offer Letter, COE on same day.3. You have to update CRM on daily basis and mention remarks as well on priority.4. You need to use Cash Receipt format while receiving any monetary transaction from the client.5. After Enrollment you need to coordinate with admission team and allocate the cases.6. You must have the knowledge about the eligibility criteria of all the applied countries as per their respective colleges.7. Manage record regarding the passports of the student.(Keep all the record in a register)8. Fill up the MOU by the candidates.9. Dont make any fake commitment and dont provide any surety to candidate.10.
