Full Job Description (Role and Responsibilities)Applicants should be well aware about the whole process of Overseas Permanent and Temporary Visas for CANADA, AUSTRALIA, USA, UK, NEW ZEALAND, Europe, Etc.The process involves counseling the clients for PR, visitor visa, study visa, Work Visa, Dependent Visa, etc.Follow-up with the clients, solving the client queries and handling the registrations & retention.Maintaining the data of all retained clients and their Visa status etc.Counsel students and send them abroad for higher studies.Coordinating with students & universities abroad.Reporting & Maintained record counseled Clients.Meeting Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Targets.Identify skills, interests & career goals of the prospective clients.Train & hire new candidates.Organizing marketing activities for promoting the company.Willingness to travel: 25% Filing the application forms (University) verifying them and sending the same to the universities.Attending the university training & workshops.Advice/ Counsel Students Regarding Various Universities, Courses, Admission Requirements, Entrance Exams and Scholarships etc.Providing details to clients with all pertinent documentation and procedure and fees and verifying the same.Daily Activities : Calling on data & regular Follow Up the prospective Clients & generating hot Leads. Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and assisting Clients with Visa Requirements details.Collecting payments and submitting to college or universityMust have knowledge of visa counselling, requirements and filing with the concerned embassy. Counsel Individuals & Provide guidance regarding Student Visa Products.Counsel students regarding Educational issues such as course selection, class scheduling & career planning.During Meeting with any client Hospitality has to be maintained at its Best within 5 minutes.Provide students with information on such topics as Institution programs and admission requirements, financial aid opportunities (Scholarships).Cross check the Documents & eligibility of the Student before Enrolling the Applicants.Mandatory to provide Checklists at the time of enrolment (Admissions & Filing).Prepared For Monthly Sales Targets & achieve it with the Assistance of Regional Sales Head/Branch Head.Learn Direct Institutions of Specific Country, Take Training Time to Time & Enroll 80% Students in Direct Institutions.Ensure that the Application fees are received in our Organization accountMaintain accurate and complete record of Enrolled Students in BOX File, Pipeline Sheets & CRM.Calling on Fresh Leads Assigned by Different Sources & Convince Clients For Registrations.Daily use of CRM is Mandatory & Complete the Follow-ups before 1.00Pm.Update yourself with the new updates in Institutions from time to time to guide Students in a Better way.Sell institutions as per their Intake Availability.Follow up with an in-house Team for Processing of the Applications on Time.Revert on emails within 10 minutes, Follow ups and Reminders (E.g. Offer Letter Follow up, Tuition Fees Follow ups, GIC follow up, Refunds Follow-ups) in a timely manner.Convince the Registered Students to Transfer their Tuition & GIC fees and Book Air Tickets through WOSA Forex Deptt.
