We are seeking a dedicated Telecalling Executive to join our team in Andheri East, Mumbai. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients through phone calls to promote our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Cold Calling**: Initiate calls to prospective customers to introduce our offerings and generate interest, maintaining a positive and encouraging tone.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions, ensuring a personalized approach.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads to support the sales team, utilizing effective questioning techniques to gather essential information.
- **Follow-up Calls**: Reach out to leads and clients for follow-ups, ensuring timely communication and addressing any queries they may have.
- **Data Recording**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transaction details in our CRM system, ensuring all information is up-to-date for future reference.
