Your Responsibilities:

€¢ Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products.

€¢ Handle customer inquiries and provide information on roofing solutions.

€¢ Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer feedback.

€¢ Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

€¢ Assist in customer relationship management and support office operations.

Your Profile:

€¢ Education: HS/Graduate.

€¢ Experience: 1-3 years in telecalling/customer support (preferred).

€¢ Strong communication and persuasion skills.

€¢ Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

€¢ Confident, self-motivated, and able to handle customer interactions professionally
