your responsibilities:

make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products.

handle customer inquiries and provide information on roofing solutions.

maintain records of calls, sales, and customer feedback.

follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

assist in customer relationship management and support office operations.

your profile:

education: hs/graduate.

experience: 1-3 years in telecalling/customer support (preferred).

strong communication and persuasion skills.

basic knowledge of ms office and crm tools is an advantage.

confident, self-motivated, and able to handle customer interactions professionally
