we are seeking a talented and versatile senior inside sales executive to join our dynamic team. the ideal

candidate should have a strong background in b2c sales.

roles and responsibilities:

 conduct video calls with potential students to introduce our products/services and close sales leads.

 the senior business development associate needs to wear a blazer, be well-dressed and look very

professional as per our dress code policy during the video calling session.

 utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively present product features and benefits during

video calls.

 close sales and achieve weekly-monthly quotas.

 build and maintain strong relationships with clients through video interactions, addressing their queries

and concerns. we believe in hiring partners rather than just employees.

 collaborate with the sales team to develop effective video sales strategies and achieve sales targets.

 stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide insightful recommendations

to clients during video calls.

 continuously enhance video sales techniques and strategies through self-improvement initiatives

and training sessions.

 looking for individuals who possess a mindset of perseverance and are willing to take on challenges

with a strong sense of determination and motivation.

qualification: any graduate

experience: minimum 1 year of b2c sales

ctc: open for right candidate
