responsibilities:

make outbound calls to potential customers

introduce and explain our products/services

answer questions and provide information to potential clients

maintain records of calls and client information

follow up on leads and close sales

meet or exceed monthly sales targets

requirements:

excellent communication skills in hindi

proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role

ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

outstanding negotiation skills

cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

high school diploma; bsc/ba will be a plus
