Key Account Management: Nurturing relationships with existing top-tier clients to ensure repeat business and exploring upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Negotiation & Closing: Leading the final stages of the sales process, including price negotiations, credit terms, and legal contract closures for large-scale deals.
Market Intelligence: Analyzing competitor moves and regional market trends in Maharashtra to adjust sales tactics and pricing strategies.
Mentorship: Guiding and training junior Sales Executives on effective pitching, objection handling, and CRM discipline.
Pipeline Forecasting: Providing accurate sales forecasts and monthly/quarterly revenue projections to the management team.
