Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on interview performance)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with experience or interest in the formwork/construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth in assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and infrastructure sector

• Promote formwork solutions to contractors, builders, and developers

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product presentations

• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback

Requirements

• Technical qualifications must be required

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field

• 1-4 years of experience in sales/marketing (experience in construction/formwork is a plus)

• Strong communication skills

• Strong negotiation skills

• Willingness to travel within the assigned city/region

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive approach

• Understanding drawing for required formwork
