key responsibilities

 develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets in the

assigned regions.

 build and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders, including business

associates and channel partners.

 identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the company’s

client and channel network.

 conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth

opportunities, translating insights into actionable sales strategies.

 lead contract negotiations with clients and partners, ensuring mutually rewarding

agreements.

 strategically penetrate the open market and drive maximum channel acquisition to

strengthen market presence.

 collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of

projects and superior customer satisfaction.

desired skills & expertise

 3-5 years of proven experience in b2b sales, with a strong emphasis on the builder

segment.

 deep understanding of the real estate industry, including market trends, dynamics,

and buyer behaviour.

 outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

 strong leadership acumen with a results-oriented approach.

 demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive

environment.

 flexibility and enthusiasm for extensive travel within the designated regions.

educational qualifications

 bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

 mba or equivalent post-graduate qualification is preferred but not mandatory
