Job Description

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving set targets and drive revenue growth. Your key responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide regular reports to senior management.

The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 1-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in a managerial position. A graduate degree is atleast required for this role. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The candidate should be a self-starter with a proactive attitude, and be able to effectively manage a team to achieve sales targets. Previous experience in the relevant industry and a proven track record of successful sales management are definite advantages.
