Job Description

we are hiring a driven and technically sound sales manager – air purification/uvgi to lead sales efforts in the delhi/ncr region. the ideal candidate will have a solid background in hvac with specialized knowledge in air purification and uvgi (ultraviolet germicidal irradiation) technologies. this role focuses on building strong client relationships, expanding market reach, and consistently achieving sales targets.

key responsibilities:

promote and sell air purification and uvgi solutions to mep contractors, corporate clients, consultants, and facility managers.

identify and develop new business opportunities in commercial, industrial, healthcare, and institutional segments.

conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and solution-based selling.

build and maintain strong networks with decision-makers in the hvac and iaq (indoor air quality) domain.

work closely with internal technical and application teams to deliver customer-specific solutions.

monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.

key requirements:

bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (./).

6–12 years of hvac sales experience, preferably with a focus on air purification, uvgi, or indoor air quality solutions.

strong product and application knowledge in uvgi, hepa/ulpa filtration, and iaq technologies.

proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

excellent networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.

ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive market.

familiarity with hvac consultants, large corporates, and institutional buyers in delhi/ncr is a strong advantage.
