Key Responsibilities
1. Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team
2. Coordinate sales orders, quotations, invoices, and deliveries
3. Maintain accurate customer and sales data in CRM systems
4. Prepare sales reports, presentations, and documentation
5. Act as a liaison between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments
6. Handle customer inquiries and follow up on orders and payments
7. Assist in tracking sales performance and meeting targets
8. Schedule meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities
9. Ensure compliance with company sales procedures and policies
Requirements & Qualifications
1. 13 years of experience in sales coordination or sales support
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
5. Experience with CRM software is an advantage
6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment
