Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing client communication, maintaining sales records, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring smooth day-to-day sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with sales team and clients for daily operations
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp
Maintain sales reports, client database, and follow-up records
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
Support sales executives in achieving targets
Follow up with leads and existing clients
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing
Update data in Excel and CRM software
Ensure timely response to customer requirements
