The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for lead generation, prospect engagement, business opportunity identification, client relationship management, and revenue generation through outbound and inbound sales activities. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong focus on achieving assigned business targets. Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.
Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
Research prospective clients and decision-makers across various industries.
Schedule business meetings and product/service demonstrations.
Sales & Revenue Generation
Present AquaTech Foundation's services and solutions to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing sales deals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
Develop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.
CRM & Reporting
Update and maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.
Track sales activities, lead status, and revenue forecasts.
Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
Identify emerging business opportunities and market demands.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, IT, or related disciplines.
MBA/PGDM candidates will be preferred.
Experience
