The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for lead generation, prospect engagement, business opportunity identification, client relationship management, and revenue generation through outbound and inbound sales activities. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong focus on achieving assigned business targets. Inside sales roles commonly focus on lead qualification, relationship building, pipeline management, and achieving sales quotas through phone, email, and virtual channels.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and referrals.Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.Research prospective clients and decision-makers across various industries.Schedule business meetings and product/service demonstrations.Sales & Revenue GenerationPresent AquaTech Foundation's services and solutions to prospective clients.Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing sales deals.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Client Relationship ManagementDevelop strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and customers.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales lifecycle.CRM & ReportingUpdate and maintain accurate sales records in CRM systems.Track sales activities, lead status, and revenue forecasts.Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.Market IntelligenceMonitor industry trends and competitor activities.Identify emerging business opportunities and market demands.Eligibility CriteriaEducational QualificationBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, IT, or related disciplines.MBA/PGDM candidates will be preferred.ExperienceFreshers with excellent communication skills may apply.0
