Key Responsibilities:
1. **Recruitment Assistance**: Support the recruitment team by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process.
2. **Employee Onboarding**: Help in the onboarding process for new hires, which includes preparing necessary documents and guiding them through company policies.
3. **Database Management**: Maintain accurate records of employee information in our HR databases, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accessible.
4. **Performance Tracking**: Assist with tracking employee performance and feedback, contributing to the evaluation and development of employees.
5. **HR Projects**: Participate in various HR projects that aim to improve workplace culture and employee engagement.
