Key Responsibilities:

* Source and screen relevant candidate profiles through job portals, social media, and internal databases.

* Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess communication skills, qualifications, and candidate eligibility.

* Align shortlisted candidates for interviews with clients and track their hiring status.

* Maintain candidate recruitment trackers and accurate records daily.

* Coordinate candidate follow-ups until successful onboarding and joining.
