Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a polite and professional manner

Take food and beverage orders accurately

Serve food and drinks as per service standards

Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set

Assist in preparing the dining area before and after service

Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently

Maintain hygiene and safety standards at all times

Support senior staff such as waiters, supervisors, and managers

Assist in billing and payment processes if required

Follow company policies and service procedures

Skills & Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of food and beverage service

Customer-focused attitude

Ability to work in a team

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours

Flexible with shifts, including weekends and holidays

Prior experience in hospitality is an advantage
