job summary:
we are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented field sales executive to drive both primary and secondary sales of our cp fittings and sanitary ware products. the role involves developing dealer/distributor networks, generating sales leads, achieving monthly sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
key responsibilities:
primary sales:
identify and appoint new distributors/dealers in assigned territories.
achieve monthly/quarterly/annual primary sales targets.
ensure regular order booking and timely payments from distributors.
coordinate with internal teams for stock availability and logistics.
secondary sales:
promote product sales to retailers, plumbers, architects, builders, and contractors.
generate demand at the market level through influencer management (., plumbers/contractors).
ensure product visibility and availability in retail outlets.
conduct regular market visits and beat planning for efficient coverage.
additional duties:
provide regular sales reports, competitor activity insights, and market feedback.
ensure branding and merchandising at point-of-sale locations.
maintain strong after-sales service and client satisfaction.
