Job brief:
We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales
strategies and attract new clients to join our travel company. As a Sales
Executive, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong
relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities. Your
goal will be to exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer
service.
Responsibilities:
Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and pursuing new
business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with
existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our travel
products and services.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve
targets.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client
satisfaction and loyalty.
Reporting and Analysis: Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide
insights to improve sales strategies.
Tie -Up: Visit Corporates for meetings and do tie-ups.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in the travel industry or a related
field.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with travel products and services (desirable).
Target-Oriented: Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team.
