### **About the Role**
We are looking for a **Customer Support Representative** who is fluent in **English and Hindi** to handle customer queries, provide resolutions, and ensure a seamless support experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.
### **Key Responsibilities**
œ… Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
œ… Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently
œ… Assist customers with bookings, cancellations, refunds, and policy clarifications
œ… Maintain records of interactions and follow up on unresolved issues
œ… Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution
œ… Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
œ… Work in a **fast-paced BPO environment**, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
### **Required Skills & Qualifications**
œ” Fluency in **English and Hindi** (spoken and written)
œ” 0-2 years of customer service experience (BPO or travel industry preferred)
œ” Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask
œ” Ability to handle irate customers with patience and professionalism
œ” Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays
œ” Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
