Opening For Channel Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Channel Sales Executive to join our team in Nagercoil, Kanyakumari. This role is essential in driving sales through established channels, focusing on building long-term relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Manage Channel Partners**: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with channel partners. This involves regular communication, assessing their needs, and ensuring they have the resources to promote our products effectively.

2. **Sales Strategy Implementation**: Execute sales strategies tailored to each partner. You will analyze market trends and competitor actions to adapt approaches and maximize sales opportunities.

3. **Sales Performance Tracking**: Monitor the performance of channel partners by analyzing sales data. You will create reports to track progress against sales targets and suggest improvements as necessary.

4. **Training and Support**: Provide training and ongoing support to channel partners regarding product features, sales techniques, and promotional strategies. Your goal is to enhance their capabilities and increase overall sales performance.

5. **Collaboration with Internal Teams**: Work closely with marketing, product management, and customer service to ensure a smooth flow of information and to address any partner or customer inquiries.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have 1 to 7 years of sales experience, preferably in channel sales or a similar role. A bright attitude, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are critical. You should be able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members. A 12th-grade education is a minimum requirement.
