key responsibilities
handle customer calls from international markets with professionalism and empathy.
provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
maintain detailed call logs and customer interaction records in crm systems.
meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (quality, call volume, response time).
collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to improve service delivery.
follow standard scripts, processes, and compliance protocols while maintaining a natural conversational tone.
upsell or cross-sell services where applicable without compromising customer satisfaction.
required skills and qualifications
excellent verbal communication skills in english (neutral or international accent preferred).
strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
basic computer literacy and familiarity with crm tools or call handling systems.
ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts for international time zones.
minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in an international voice process (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
preferred qualifications
prior experience in customer support, telesales, or bpo operations.
exposure to uk, us, or australian voice processes.
ability to multitask and work under pressure while maintaining service quality.
