Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to generate leads, build client relationships, and drive new business opportunities. The role involves identifying potential clients, pitching company services, and converting prospects into projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Generate leads through networking, references, and market research
Meet potential clients and understand their requirements
Present and pitch company services effectively
Negotiate and close deals
Maintain client relationships and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams for project handover
Attend exhibitions, events, and industry networking opportunities
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
