Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Lucknow. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Lead Generation:** Research and identify potential clients through various channels, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities for the business.

- **Client Engagement:** Initiate contact with prospective clients and maintain regular communication to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.

- **Sales Presentations:** Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, effectively showcasing our products and services to close deals.

- **Market Research:** Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify potential areas for growth and to enhance service offerings.

- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members, including marketing and sales, to develop strategies that align with the overall business goals.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Science, or a related field. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales is essential. You should demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and have strong interpersonal abilities to connect with clients.

Being detail-oriented and having a proactive attitude toward problem-solving is necessary. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in an office environment and be ready to contribute to team efforts enthusiastically. Strong time management and organizational skills are also important for success in this role.
