Key Responsibilities
€¢ Connect with potential students and parents via inbound/outbound calls
€¢ Understand student goals and suggest appropriate NEET courses and solutions
€¢ Convert leads into enrollments by following a consultative sales approach
€¢ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversion
€¢ Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems
€¢ Collaborate with counsellors and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding
€¢ Participate in walk-in drives and webinars as needed
Key Skills Required
€¢ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
€¢ Strong sales aptitude and persuasive ability
€¢ Familiarity with EdTech or academic counselling is a plus
€¢ Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems
€¢ Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized
Qualification
€¢ MBA in Marketing or Sales (preferred)
€¢ Bachelor€™s degree candidates with strong sales experience may also apply
