Key Responsibilities
Connect with potential students and parents via inbound/outbound calls
Understand student goals and suggest appropriate NEET courses and solutions
Convert leads into enrollments by following a consultative sales approach
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversion
Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems
Collaborate with counsellors and academic teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Participate in walk-in drives and webinars as needed
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong sales aptitude and persuasive ability
Familiarity with EdTech or academic counselling is a plus
Proficiency in CRM tools and lead management systems
Self-motivated, target-driven, and well-organized
Qualification
MBA in Marketing or Sales (preferred)
Bachelors degree candidates with strong sales experience may also apply
