Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive, energetic professional with strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
€¢ Understand client requirements and present tailored business proposals.
€¢ Schedule meetings and give product/service presentations to prospects.
€¢ Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
€¢ Follow up on leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
€¢ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
€¢ Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
€¢ Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
