Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a proactive, energetic professional with strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
Understand client requirements and present tailored business proposals.
Schedule meetings and give product/service presentations to prospects.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
