Analyze key metrics like Click-Through Rates (CTR), Conversion Rates (CVR), Cost Per Click (CPC), and Cost Per Lead (CPL) to optimize bids and target audiences.A/B Testing: Design and execute split tests for ad copy, landing pages, creative designs, and audience segments to identify the highest-converting variables.Audience Targeting & Remarketing: Build custom audiences, lookalike segments, and structured remarketing funnels to nurture warm prospects through the conversion cycle.Creative Coordination: Work closely with graphic designers and content writers to brief them on high-performing ad creatives, hooks, and copy angles based on performance data trends.Tracking & Analytics: Ensure accurate campaign tracking by setting up Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Meta Pixels, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and custom UTM parameters.Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance dashboards using tools like Looker Studio or MS Excel to present actionable growth insights to management.
