The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, timely maintenance, and compliance with safety standards across all electrical systems within the facility.Key Responsibilities Area:Lead and manage the electrical maintenance teamPlan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenanceTroubleshoot and resolve electrical issues across Transformer, panels, and SwithgearsEnsure minimal downtime of operations due to electrical failuresMaintain safety compliance as per statutory and company standardsCoordinate with external contractors and vendors as requiredMaintain detailed documentation of maintenance logs and equipment historyDesired Candidate Profile:Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environmentStrong knowledge of electrical systems, panels, drives, and safety protocolsLeadership skills with experience in handling a teamAbility to respond effectively to emergencies and breakdownsCompensation: 6 to 7.5 Lakh per annum (based on experience and qualification)
