Be fully accountable for inventory accuracy and audit outcomes. Implement and enforce SOPs, internal controls, and compliance standards. Handle internal and external audits independently and close observations. Identify slow-moving, non-moving, obsolete stock and take corrective action.Team Leadership & Accountability: Lead, supervise, and control storekeepers, supervisors, helpers, and loaders. Define roles, responsibilities, and daily work allocation. Ensure discipline, productivity, safety, and adherence to rules. Train staff on inventory practices, ERP usage, and safety norms. Take responsibility for team performance and conduct.Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports. Analyze stock trends and recommend improvements to management. Improve warehouse layout, storage methods, and operational processes.
