Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise a team of 10-20 employees, ensuring high levels of productivity and adherence to company standards.

Oversee and coordinate operations related to online selling, ensuring timely processing and fulfillment of orders.

Handle the returns process, ensuring efficient processing and resolving any issues promptly.

Provide regular reports to management on team performance, inventory status, and operational challenges.

Monitor the day-to-day activities in the warehouse, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Implement and enforce safety protocols, inventory controls, and workflow processes within the warehouse.
