Position :: Sales Manager Experience :: More than 2 year in field sales A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-- To recruit a team of Insurance Advisors as per the corporate strategy-- To ensure and maintain levels of productivity as prescribed-- To focus on and develop various business segments as per the sales strategy-- To train IAs with the help of training team-- To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulationsB. Roles and responsibilities: Store should be opened on time and should be clean and well maintained Should talk to the team everyday target vs achievement, backlog, product wise Should give everyday stock report with IMEI nos with ageing to all staff & promoters Should give every week non-moving stock report to all staff& promoters with a deadline to liquidate. Should file all bank deposit challan and charge slip Should maintain inward stock register in separate file. Should ensure that all counters should have price list Should ensure that the entire team is aware of the current offers Should maintain register/ books and display required abstract as per the company norms Should check every previous day sales return handset has been sent to service go-down Store Manager and team should maintain the grooming standards Should ensure all the customers are greeted and delighted with our service
