We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated graduates to join us as Accession Officers.In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, verifying, registering, and managing patient samples within the laboratory workflow. You will work closely with laboratory teams to ensure that samples are accurately labeled, tracked, and prepared for testing, enabling timely and reliable d agnostic results. Receive, Verify & Log Patient SamplesReceive and log samples promptly with accurate identification.Ensure proper labeling of all sample containers.Record any issues or discrepancies noticed at the time of receipt.2. Enter & Manage Data in LIS/LMSEnter patient and sample details into the laboratory system with precision.Maintain accuracy and completeness of all digital records.Update system entries promptly during workflow changes.3. Track Sample Movement & WorkflowMonitor sample routing from accessioning to testing.Ensure samples are accounted for at every stage of the process.Communicate delays or discrepancies to the relevant teams.4. Maintain Quality Control & DocumentationFollow SOPs and quality control procedures to reduce errors.Document all accessioning activities, including deviations.Support audit readiness through accurate, organized records.5. Manage Inventory & Sample HandlingMonitor and maintain stock of collection materials and supplies.Handle and store samples as per guidelines to preserve integrity.Ensure proper storage and transportation procedures are followed.6.
