This position is for a role of an Automation and Digitization expert within Procurement department to create and maintain automated solutions leveraging Advanced excel, Macros, VBA, SharePoint and other BI tools. Individual needs to work closely along with internal & external data in opportunity identification for automations, value creation and digitization.The desired candidate must have 1 - 4 years of relevant experience in the area of Automation, Digitization and providing solutions leveraging below skill set. Prior working knowledge in Sourcing & Procurement domain will be an advantage. Advanced Excel and VBA macros development & support Identifying automation opportunities within Procurement to support business teams to eliminate manual interventions Should be able to understand & explain critical excel formulas. Adherence to Client standards for developing code for respective processes Ensure 100% adherence to framework of automation with complying with all necessary documentation, approvals and data storage & maintenance of the developed solutions Adherence to organizational policies and prescribed Framework (RADAR) for digital solutions Tracking, Maintaining and Recertification of excel macros/ solutions on a regular basis / agreed frequency Create standard dashboards to highlight updates, issues and risks SharePoint skills Design and maintenance of SharePoint pages / subsites.
