Designation: US IT Recruiter
Job Role:
Conduct initial candidate interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.
Ensure that resume appropriately reflects candidate experience and client requirements.
Negotiate Payrate with W2 candidates, rate negotiation with subcontracting companies to fill and close the position.
Excellent utilization of ATS for sourcing candidates.
Arrange client interviews and work with the HR team to complete the required paperwork when a candidate gets hired for a position.
Act as first point-of-contact for consultant and maintain the relationship with the consultant.
Ensure that an adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
Salary: Depends On Interview & Experience
