The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US IT market and be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting top IT talent for our clients across various industries.Key Responsibilities:Talent Sourcing & Screening:Source candidates through job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.), social media, and internal databases.Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.Build a strong network of potential candidates through various recruitment methods.Job Posting & Advertisement:Create and post compelling job descriptions for IT roles.Manage job postings and advertisements to attract the best IT talent.Candidate Engagement:Engage with potential candidates and build relationships for future recruitment needs.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.Client Management:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies.Full-Cycle Recruitment:Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.Assist with job offer negotiation and ensure smooth onboarding processes.Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure performance targets are met.
