key responsibilities:
talent sourcing & screening:
source candidates through job boards (linkedin, indeed, monster, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
build a strong network of potential candidates through various recruitment methods.
job posting & advertisement:
create and post compelling job descriptions for it roles.
manage job postings and advertisements to attract the best it talent.
candidate engagement:
engage with potential candidates and build relationships for future recruitment needs.
ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
client management:
collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies.
full-cycle recruitment:
coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
assist with job offer negotiation and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
track and report recruitment metrics to ensure performance targets are met.
