Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Screening:
Source candidates through job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
Build a strong network of potential candidates through various recruitment methods.
Job Posting & Advertisement:
Create and post compelling job descriptions for IT roles.
Manage job postings and advertisements to attract the best IT talent.
Candidate Engagement:
Engage with potential candidates and build relationships for future recruitment needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Client Management:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies.
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Assist with job offer negotiation and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Track and report recruitment metrics to ensure performance targets are met.
