Send proposals and quotations, schedule appointments, and manage follow-ups with leads to move them through the sales pipeline. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Handle lead generation, lead follow-ups, and price negotiations to close deals. Manage a portfolio of existing clients to ensure retention, upselling, and renewals. Maintain professional phone etiquette during calls, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving any concerns. Generate and maintain accurate call records, conversation details, and lead status in the CRM. Prioritize tasks based on urgency to ensure deadlines and targets are met. Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, follow-ups, and closed deals. Address client questions, explain product details, and overcome objections with a strong understanding of the companys offerings. Handle rejection professionally while maintaining a positive attitude and persistence in achieving sales goals.Required Skills and Qualifications:
