You will play a crucial role in driving sales and maintaining customer relationships.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Make Outbound Calls:** Contact potential customers via phone to introduce our products or services and gauge interest.- **Engage with Customers:** Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs and answering questions effectively.- **Maintain Call Records:** Keep detailed records of all calls made, including customer feedback and follow-up actions to ensure quality service.- **Reach Sales Targets:** Work towards individual and team sales targets by successfully converting leads into sales opportunities.- **Provide Feedback:** Share insights from customer interactions with the team to help improve products and services.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- Candidates should have completed at least their 12th grade and possess 1 to 5 years of experience in a telecalling role. - Candidates must have excellent communication skills, particularly in speaking and listening effectively.- Proficiency in both English and local languages is essential for better customer engagement.- A strong sense of responsibility and dedication is expected, along with the ability to work independently from home.- Familiarity with basic computer skills and phone systems is advantageous to manage calls efficiently.
