Your ability to effectively communicate and persuade customers over the phone will directly impact the company's sales and customer engagementRole and Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products or services. Meet and exceed sales set by the Organisation Answer incoming calls from prospective customers and provide information. Understand customer requirements and close sales.
