Core Responsibilities and DutiesCustomer Interaction:Make or receive a high volume of calls daily to current or prospective clients.Communicate clearly and professionally, using pre-defined scripts or guidelines while maintaining a natural conversation flow.Explain product features, services, and pricing details in an easy-to-understand manner.Lead Generation & Sales:Identify customer needs and requirements through effective questioning and active listening.Persuade or convince customers to purchase a product, sign up for a service, or schedule a demonstration/appointment.Handle customer objections, queries, and grievances with professionalism and provide accurate solutions.Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead, or sales targets.Data Management & Reporting:Accurately record the outcome of every call and note important conversation details in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.Maintain and update customer contact lists and databases.Follow up with potential customers as per the agreed-upon timeline.Report daily activity and progress to the team supervisor or manager.Compliance & Product Knowledge:Stay thoroughly informed about all product and service offerings, staying abreast of updates and changes.Adhere strictly to company policies, call quality guidelines, and data protection standards.
