As an Education Counselor, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting students in their educational journey. You will provide academic, career, and personal counseling to help students achieve their goals and overcome challenges. Your responsibilities will include:Conducting individual counseling sessions with students to assess their academic progress, interests, and goals.Providing guidance on course selection, academic planning, and career pathways.Assisting students in identifying and applying for scholarships, internships, and other educational opportunities.Facilitating workshops and seminars on study skills, time management, career exploration, and other relevant topics.Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop strategies for student success.Maintaining accurate records of student interactions and counseling sessions.

Key Responsibility:- Effectively manage the grade level Academic delivery & administration in an optimal manner,ensuring excellence in academic results.- Coordinate with Central Committees and schools to implement curriculum as per guidelines- Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all partnered schools.- Effectively ensure that all process is followed in line with the policies laid down by the dept.Head.- Should be ready to travel within the city or at times out of city.Expected Competencies:- Good analytical skills ability to make recommendations based on information gathered andsound judgment.- Sound Technical skills.- Ability to drive consensus in decision making, especially in conflicting situations- Extrovert, result oriented, mentor and leader focused on outcomes and ability to stand up tocommitted deliverables- Demonstrated ability to work in a high growth and dynamic environment.- Ability to deal with ambiguity, understand requirements and implement the same.- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation skills
