As a Ground Staff, your responsibilities will include assisting passengers during check-in, boarding, and deplaning processes, handling passenger queries and complaints, coordinating with baggage handling and security services, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation on the ground.Skills required for this position include excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, the ability to work well under pressure, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude. You should also have good interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:Supervision and Leadership:Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.Schedule and assign daily tasks to housekeeping staff, ensuring proper coverage and workload distribution.Quality Control:Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.Implement and enforce hospital policies and procedures related to environmental services.Training and Development:Provide training and orientation for new housekeeping staff.Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge.Inventory Management:Manage and control the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.Coordinate with the procurement department to ensure timely replenishment of supplies.Safety and Compliance:Ensure that housekeeping staff follows safety protocols and uses proper personal protective equipment.Stay informed about and enforce compliance with infection control and sanitation regulations.Communication:Maintain effective communication with other departments to coordinate cleaning schedules and address specific needs.Respond promptly to any housekeeping-related issues or requests.

Location - East, West,North,South,North East zone - This role includes 60% of Travelling in North east and rest would be work from home. JD - Create, monitor, and evaluate training programs effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them for Management reviewsMaintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practicesDraw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectationsTo develop training content/ programs coordinating with Training Manager and Marketing TeamTo execute and drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activitiesTo incorporate product marketing content with insights on key differentiators and messagesTo drive the various promotional/Educational campaigns, events and trainings related to the Keysoul BrandDesign different training programs and imparting these trainings in the required set of people i.e Associate Buyers/Depots/Stores/Leaders Etc.
