Dear sales folks, its a great opportunity to nourish your skills and grab the position along with promotion.As a Senior BDA you will be reaching out to the prospects and engage them to purchase our packages. There will be an OJT period of 1 month where you need to generate 28,000/- of revenue to clear the OJT. There will be a payout of 4,000/- during this OJT clearance period. Promotion part: As a Senior BDA in OJT program if you are able to generate 10,000/- of revenue in 10 days then you will be directly promoted as a Sales Team Leader and will not be required to serve 1 month to get 28,000/-.
